Some movement over the weekend has resulted in Andrew Parker-Mowbray,s "360" being snapped up by Tony Latham,F.O.S.S.C. and "PANIC"being aquired by soon to be new-member Debbie Powell. Tony can now slow down on refurbishing "Breakfast" and compete now in "360" Debbie will soon be joining us and hopes to join in on the fun on the 26.07.08. so she can meet us all. Fleet total remains at 19 boats but who was the young guy looking to buy a Moth at the club recently ... He apparently sounded keen.If anyone makes contact with him please invite him along to our "session" this Saturday[26.07.08..starting at noon]and he can try a Moth and meet us all. Good to see Ben Gribble out in wonderful "ONONO" last Wednesday evening and Georgia Honey in "Nutmeg" the day before both going well in unfamiliar boats.

For simple amusement purposes, ONONO and her new helm..... www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=48414&l=2b6bd&id=549289253He's not doing bad, and is certainly looking forward to Saturday. We've only had to rescue him from one capsize so far. Which means he's certainly one up on his dad. For the moment ;D

Bill great pics of Ben,s first outing in "ONONO"... For doubters of Junior boat handling perhaps you should look at how Ben is sitting in the boat and his concentration looking at the sail in quite a breeze. Together with pics of Georgia at the Frampton Moth Open in May we have two confident youngsters that need to be encouraged further. With Imogen and Edward Higson,Ed Pope who are all a little more experienced we at last have a reasonable Junior base.Add James Parker-Mowbray[who could easily hold his own with the "grown-ups"]for a little sparkle will hopefully see the Junior Division develope.Kieran is also potential. Juniors are the future of the Class. Likewise it was so good to see the 2 Juniors at SESCA having a go earlier in the year. Any other Clubs got any Juniors .... ?

Hi Another great weekend at Frampton. Had a really nice weekend with the kids all out on the water and a Fantastic turn out of 11 Moths made it like a mini open. At least 2 new people showed great interest in our boats and may join us in the future and with 1 about to have a birthday who knows it may be soon! Nice meeting you by the way. More of the same please. Take care New Boy

Saturday was superb. Shame I had to quit after tea so missed the best of the wind. And the weather held for you all too. Was a blast to see so many Moths on the water together. Really should do this again before the summer wears out, some weekend when I don't have a gig!
