The NOR will be up shortly but the format will basically be racing from 11.00/11.30 Saturday, and Sunday we will join in with Club racing - with our own start.
It's two days, so two separate events, so come along for one day if you can't make two. Presentation of the Somerville Trophy will be Sunday afternoon.
There is camping available on site, and if you want to arrive Friday evening please let me know and Gary and I will come along and open the gate. Bacon butties to shorten your lifespan Saturday am, roast pork sarnies for Saturday lunch (well for y'all anyway if not me), and then something tasty for Saturday evening (or we can order out fish/chips?). There is a bar (but not yet sure about a bar-tender, will sort that). Sunday morning may be bring your breakfast, Sunday lunch will be usual excellent rolls from the Galley.
Please can you post here, or email me, and let me know numbers and arrival times.
More anon. Thanks Abby

Hi Abby, I'm planning to be at Hunts for both days, travelling down early on Sat morning I think, and camping over-night if possible. Looking forward to a weekend on the water. Cheers Toby (S)

The sad person that I am have a few statistics for the Hunts open.
If Colin or Gary beat Toby Cooper by more than 10 points then they could win the Somerville Trophy. Of the pack that follows none of them are in contention for 3rd place. However only 6 points separate them. On the 4 occasions they have sailed at the same opens; Ed Deacon has beaten Abby Freely on three of these against Abby’s one. The final contender in this pack is Simon Hall who has only beaten Ed on one occasion and not beaten Abby at all this year. He will be in a borrowed boat for this event, so anything could happen.
So why not come along and have a go and see if you can upset the ratings for this year’s Travellers Trophy.
Simon
