Moths at Tewkesbury Sailing & Cruising Club

Have made contact with Tewkesbury today [with good friend Pete Lawrence]to see if we can join in with their racing sometime.
Laura and myself have sailed with our near neighbours a few times before in Moths and Solo,s and now that there are 3 Moths there it will be good to do it again and join up.
Great river venue...deep water up to the edges and low banks.
Will keep all posted if a date is arranged.
Not an official event just supporting and encouraging other Moth Clubs that are hopefully building their fleet up.

Used to spend endless summers as a kid living on a boat in Tewkesbury Marina. Lovely corner of the world, count me in, gigs permitting!

Went to Tewkesbury last weekend, stayed in the Royal Hop Pole Hotel (Wetherspoons) cheap food and good beer. So if there is going to be an Open in Tewkesbury it is a relatively cheap and cheerful place to stay. Good Ice Cream place there too!
