Hi all, Hope you are enjoying the cold weather-because im not! I am in the process of bringing 601 back to life. She is a MP fibreglass hull with a self drainig/very wierd cockpit layout (As you can see form the pics). She has been totally revarnished and I am now in the process of re-rigging her. I know there ar emany different lengths of tiller/tiller extensions in use, so if I could get a few measurements from people, I would be very grateful! Thanks for your time and look foreword to seeing you all at some open events. Regards-Jon Cooper Attachments:

Hi Jon Ours measure up at 700 - 800mm tiller and extensions somewhere between 700 (Force 4-5)- 1200mm (Force 1-2) Roger uses an extending one... titter titter I tend to swap between a shorter one of around 900mm for the windier days and around 200mm longer for the drifters. So take from that what you will...! Probably best to go slightly longer for your first few outings and you will soon find out what is right for you and then you get busy with the saw Sounds like you are nearer the water than we are... still a few more freezing hours in the garage for us!
