Tiger Trophy - Joh Merrick Sailing Trust - Feb 6/7

I have entered the Tiger Trophy, in Lappet 783, on Rutland Water on February 6 -7. I have mixed feelings....should be fun - although last year it was cancelled because of the snow....also the whole idea is to show off the British Moth - and of course I ain't the best example of a British Moth sailor and Lappet isn't the most exciting up to date all mod cons boat. Great idea! Unfortunately I am working, although only on standby, so I might be able to pop in to say hello and shout encouragement.

It sounded like it wasnt the most exciting of sailing days. 107th out of 165 boats is excellent. By gumbo did it look cold!
