My lovely moth just isn't getting the water time it deserves. It has wooden decks and a GRP hull. It is fully rigged with a good sail.
However... the floor of the cockpit is made of GRP with wooden batons to reinforce it - one on each side. The plastic has cracked and allowed water in, rotting some of the wood. there are no holes in the hull, but I wouldn't sail it until I'd cut out the rotten wood and re-glassed it. The hulll could do with a touch up of the varnish. It isn't a banger by any means, but it does need some love.
It comes with a decent mast-up rain and shine cover and a launching trolley, but no trailer. Pick up from Cam Sailing Club, Waterbeach, Cambs.
I just want it to be sailed and not left to degenerate any further. It only needs a couple of days work, but I don't have the time of the place to do it.
Seventy quid, or less if it's going to be used by a youth group or similar.
