I was going to say 'missing them already?!' but then sat down and realised just how long it's taking me to get 617 back on the water! :-) Nearly there...

Good to hear from you Dan - please send me a photo when you get her afloat again. She's a cracker, and I think she is going to give some much newer Moths a good run for their money. If often wish I had never sold her!

I've now purchased BM737 - the one on Apollo Duck. Hoping to pick her up next weekend.

I hope you enjoy BM737! I was going to take it but due to lack of space at my club I have nowhere to keep it over the summer. Glad to know it has gone to a good home

I didn't end up buying 737 after all - drove up to have a look, nice boat and very solid, but not quite what I am after. Really nice chap selling her and he has owned her for several years. Certainly a boat worth a look though for anyone wanting a first Moth.

Please message me if you have a wooden Moth for sale within 50 miles or so of North London. I'm looking for something below £400 without too much work to do - I don't mind some cosmetic work, but no major restoration projects please. I'm especially keen to buy something with an interesting history. I'm missing 533 and 617 - time for another one...

Hi - Many thanks, I would defnitely need to see some photos to get a rough idea of the condition, unless anyone else in BMBA has seen her up close recently? There is quite a lot of information about 424 on this site already - have you owned her for long? Best Regards, Gavin

Thanks for the photos - I think she needs a bit more work than I want to take on at the moment, and it would be a 250 mile round trip for me. She looks pretty good in the photos though; perhaps put her on the "For Sale" section of this website, or on the free site "Apollo Duck" - I'm sure that someone will want her and will bring her back to top form. Good luck with selling her and thanks for offering her to me.
