I guess if you book into the Hobourne Cotswold site, you could walk to the club, though the wooden bridge is on the opposite side of the lake to the club. Booked in at Cirencester, Hobourne was a bit pricey, stayin Friday to Monday and hoping to sample some pubs in Cirecester over the weekend.

We have had to amend the date of the open at Earlswood Lakes SC to Saturday 26th July 2014 This is due to a very senior moment on my behalf, I overlooked my granddaughters birthday and the fact that I will be away, expected by the club to be at the event. I am taking this opportunity to apologise most profusely to Abby for my oversight and for the embarrassment that I have caused her. Hopefully see as many Moths as possible at Earlswood, it is an ideal Moth water Ian

I have just noticed that the date for the Earlswood SC open is wrong on the drop down calendar on the BMBA home page. Can I confirm that the correct date is the 19th July?
Thanks.

Richard - the date is the 19th (I did have it wrong, and I am sorry).
Along this line - the Paxton 24 hour race, which MothBalls won last year - clashes with the Maidenhead Open. Since we want to support Maidenhead, we will not be entering a British Moth team for the 24 Hour race this year.

I shall be there on the 26th - as that seems to be the correct date. Elaine might be on the water as well. Colin
