So that you keen types can start to plan your Nationals Campaign I have been in contact with Nigel at Staunton. We have penciled in the following for your delight:
Tuesday: Club open for those with nothing better to do, setting up camp, bring your own sausage/horse burgers to cremate and Grand Opening of the Club House Bar!
Wednesday: Laid-back arrivals, more tent peg bashing, sailing about a bit followed by the Commodores Reception.
Thursday: More sailing about followed by the ever popular AGM and then we have the option of taking over the local pub for dinner.
Friday: More sailing about followed by posh dinner.
Saturday: Even more sailing about followed by handing out of old pots to the great and good(?), then we can all go home.
A list of local B&B’s, Hotels and dens of ill repute has been promise for those of a delicate disposition or with special needs....

Morning Ian,
Yes, we will provide breakfast and lunches. Breakfast will be bacon rolls, perhaps croissants, cereal. Lunch will be filled rolls and we also thinking of doing a ploughmans lunch and again if there is interest a cream tea on Thursday. ( something to keep people going until their evening meal). I will also be leaving tea and coffee for the late evening with an honesty pot.If you know of any special dietary requirements please let me know and we will do our best.

Well done Abby for obtaining this clarification as to the arrangements Staunton Harold will have in place for brerakfast & lunch, the alternative was that I was considering kidnapping Elaine from NSC. Five entries to date, if you have entered you will have received an e mailed acknowledgement. One small point, please sign and return the second page of the entry form, one or two have not and I will need to coller you when you register Be seeing you at Staunton Harold Ian E

Could someone tell me if there are evening meals available. Can we arrive Tue. I would really like to arrive mid day on Tue if possible as have lots of new string And stuff I want to put on ASBO and then chill out. If we are able to arrive Tue then you are all invited to a bring your own BBQ at the BONGO ( white van) if there are no other plans in place. last question is there a BBQ we can use? I will bring coals. If not I will try to sort one. Dont forget nibles for the apes sail pary also at the white van. Bring a bottle, nibbles and a chair and we can de brief the days events and I am sure I will tell you my if only stories. Really looking forward to seeing you all New Boy
