Hi we are getting very close to the Whitefriars Open and as ASBO is the only Moth at the club I would like to invite you all along. For anyone who has not visited you will be very pleased to hear that there is a great piece of water to sail on and a really nice club house too. I will post the race times shortly as to be honest as of yet I dont know when they are. We will be starting mid morning and will be there very early to welcome everyone. The entry fee is £10 and includes lunch. If I could have some names in advance it really would help as need to sort the food and give the committee a rough number. Chippenham open is the day before and just down the road so you can make a weekend of it. I already know J. Claridge, R. Witts and M.Wiltshire will be there so we have a starting list. You can either post here PM me or contact me on 07772210911 to let me know you will be joining us. You will still be more than welcome on the day if you are a wait and see Guy or Girl. Camping can be sorted for those who need it. It will be well worth the trip New Boy

Numbers are building. I will put on a nice wind and some sun for this open. Come on down and do it the Wiltshire way. Names will make it easier to sort food New Boy

Not sure if I can make it ... am selling my FF and the outcome of that will determine whether or not I can attend (date conflicts with my home club FF open). Will know by Friday.

880 survived the F5 gusts, and the T boning by an errant comet, at Frampton yesterday. So I should be there. I'm hoping to also bring 756 and encourage Chris to come as well - but we might have to wait til the day to see how that works out.
Tony ps the comet suffered more damage that 880 - must be well built these claridge boats!

Hi Mark
Gary and I will be there - Gary will have a nice new Aardvark carbon mast/boom to play with - which means we miss Chippenham so we can collect it.

Thanks to Mark for a well run event and for providing our tea on the way home! We got here at 9.15 so not bad even allowing for Fairford (which we went around).
