Another fun weekend with moths. Thanks to everyone that helped me out this weekend. From the suply of a new wheel and tyre for my road trailer to helping with launching and recovering of boats and the fixing of my rudder. Lush food from abby and live music made for a nice evening. Thanks everyone New Boy

A big thanks to Abby for all the food and forgoing sailing on Saturday to cook it all! Thanks to Mike for doing all the Race Officer stuff and everyone else who helped out. Shame about the rain but at least there was no shortage of water in the lake. Congratulations to Young Tim, who starred on both days and thanks to all those who turned up for making the effort in the face of such an aweful weather forecast!
Richard.

I will add my thanks to Steve Seargeant, Paul Lohr, Roger and Mark for travelling - I guess I have to add Tim Lupton too as he now sails at Hunts - and thereby making the Open a good one. We had between 6 and Moths on the water in wet windy conditions, and some great sailing which I enjoyed from the warmth of the Clubhouse! Mark, I think we have your boat cover - either your's or Roger's. We will bring it to West Oxford this weekend. Thanks also to Richard Keefe for his help and hospitality for sailors Saturday: Fliss for helping me with lunch; Tim & Paul (Rock of Ages) for playing; Mike Steele for the continued pimping of Lappet; and Dennis Miles for so generously loaning Laura Lee for the summer.
Congratulations to Tim Lupton for winning both days, Roger (2nd Saturday, Steve 3rd Saturday) (Mark 2nd Sunday, Gary 3rd Sunday)
Best wishes and congratulations to Steve and Zoe on their forthcoming marriage!
