Dan. Good you are OK then... Most seem to use a couple of Triple Blocks in fact, where Kicker,Outhaul and Cunningham are routed thro...pic on "Launch of Scruff" in the Gallery shows the set-up. You can also increase the ratio by running a single block on the line back up the mast if you wish. Roger Witts

Something like what I was thinking of - it looks like it's only 2:1 and doesn't try to have a continuous control line. Much easier.

Further progress. I fitted the foredecks lat weekend and just need to trim them a little around the edges. Unfortunately it started raining before I could get even a first coat of varnish on.
Fitting the gunwalls is my next issue. The two strips from the stern are alright, it's just the section round the bow that needs replacing. I am considering steaming a hardwood strip and then forming it round the bow. Will this affect the choice of glue that I can use?
